Tenanted Commercial Investment in Caloundra for Sale

A strata-titled investment opportunity leased long term to national café chain Shingle Inn at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast is being offered for sale by Ray White Commercial.

The property at 1/12 Otranta Avenue, Caloundra, is being marketed by Len Greedy and Alan Gray of Ray White Commercial Caloundra.

Mr Gray said the 175 sqm tenancy is located on the ground floor of the Monaco Resort in the centre of the Caloundra CBD.

“Shingle Inn is the head lessee of the property which is returning net rental income of approximately $47,000 per annum,” he said.

“The property is leased by Shingle Inn until December 2019 with a further five year option.”

Mr Greedy said Shingle Inn is a nationally known brand and the property makes for a highly sought after investment opportunity.

“The first Shingle Inn was built in Brisbane in 1936 and now there are more than 50 stores across Australia,” he said.

“This café is in a great location in the Monaco Resort which is close to Bulcock Beach.”

The property is for sale for $725,000.
