First National sets ‘sale’ with a new Cannington office

First National Real Estate has launched its newest Perth agency, with experienced duo Louise and William Trainer set to spearhead the Cannington office.

The Trainers, well-known operators in Perth’s real estate sector, will operate First National Real Estate Compass, drawn by the group’s innovative approach to digital marketing technologies and the cooperative administration structure.

The Trainers have been operating in the Perth market for 20 years, with their previous business earning an impressive array of accolades including Principal and Chairman’s awards for the top-selling agent in Western Australia and the distinguished REIWA 15-million-dollar club achievement.

Mrs Trainer said some of the big things that appealed to them about First National were the cutting-edge strategies and collaborative ethos that benefit their clients.

“First National offer a lot of support and allow you to be independent,” Ms Trainer said.

“You can operate as an independent agency but you’ve still got this big support group around you and people coming to help.”

Mrs Trainer said they had already benefited from the support on the administration side of the business.

“We were slow to get started with the transition, but the First National team were really on the ball and great at following up with staff and offering support,” she said.

Mrs Trainer said the support with digital marketing was also important.

“As a small business, social media is now the main marketing avenue and it can be overwhelming at times,” she said.

“But they just take it all on board for you, create your platform, use their software and just help you keep it moving.

“If you haven’t got time to do it, they have content and they can go in and help you manage it.”

Mrs Trainer said the ethos at First National Real Estate Compass was founded on guiding clients towards their next home or investment and putting their interests first.

The team is also committed to helping their clients navigate the complexities of property management, with trustworthy advice and guidance.

Mrs Trainer said with the help of First National they were now looking to continue to grow across both sales and property management.

“We’ve got a more grounded platform now and we think we will benefit from sitting in a large membership,” she said.

Mrs Trainer said that while the Perth market has been strong, there has also been a lot of new competition coming in and the new partnership with First National will help keep them ahead.

“We find that being backed by a strong brand, we will be able to offer real value to our clients,” she said.
