ACproperty.com.au to accomodate Qld buyers

ACproperty.com.au, Australia’s largest Chinese property portal announces the official launch of their exclusive Queensland section to the public on Chinese New Year (31st Jan 2014).

ACproperty.com.au started their humble beginnings two and a half years ago, listing only Victorian properties to Chinese buyers. As demand grows, ACproperty.com.au sees themselves expanding to accommodate the growing demands from Chinese buyers from both local and overseas. They have since launched an exclusive section for Sydney properties in mid 2013 and now, a Queensland section by popular demand.

Esther Yong, Sales & Marketing Manager of ACproperty.com.au says the initiative is a result of strong market demands.

“We have a significant amount of traffic coming from China, and these buyers don’t just look at properties in Melbourne and Sydney alone. They’ve heard so much about Australian beaches, clear skies, clean air, that they simply want more. “

“We saw a 180% increase in search queries for Brisbane and GC in the past 3 months. That really pushed us to launch the QLD site 6 months earlier than anticipated.” Said Yong.

Functions for QLD section are similar to the other States – there is a section for properties for Sale, Rent and a section for Service providers such as mortgage brokers, solicitors, migration agents etc listing their information in Chinese. Combining of all these information and services provide Chinese buyers a much more complete buying experience.

Two of the reasons why Chinese buyers are choosing Brisbane, Gold Coast over big cities like Sydney and Melbourne are largely due to the disproportion in property prices and having a soft spot for white sandy beaches.

To some overseas buyers, Australia itself is already a great place to live in when compared to anywhere else in their own country. It does not bother them whether they live in Sydney or Brisbane, however the differences in property prices are quite significant. Those who do not have a strong preference over cities are likely to be attracted to the much more affordable beach houses along the coast.

In line with Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration, ACproperty.com.au is also running a campaign that allows Chinese buyers to sign up for the latest development launches in 2014.

“Chinese buyers don’t like to buy “left over” projects, they love newly launched projects and the privilege of being able to choose properties with good feng shui and numbers. For example apartments on the 8th floor, or apartments number with number 8 on it. “ Said Yong.

This CNY campaign allows them to submit their search criteria, allowing ACproperty.com.au to do a matching that fit their requirements.

“Demands from Chinese buyers are so strong today that we try to do whatever we can to assist them. ”

To celebrate the new launch of QLD Section and CNY, ACproperty is currently offering Queensland agents a free trial period until the 1st June 2014.
