Experienced Mornington Peninsula agent leads Stone Real Estate on Victorian expansion

Stone Real Estate has welcomed Lauren Wild to the team as head of the agency’s new Mornington Peninsula office in Victoria, its first outside NSW.

Property professional Ms Wild is unique for being one of the youngest high achievers to join the boutique network expanding rapidly along the eastern seaboard.

The 28-year-old has already logged several firsts in a decade in real estate including youngest business owner at her previous agency after jointly buying its Mornington office and later amalgamating with another to double both the size of her team and results.

Recognition naturally followed, Ms Wild claiming the prestigious 2016 Optus Franchisee Business of the Year award and becoming a finalist in the Optus My Business Awards for Business Woman of the Year. The following year the young gun was awarded Under 30 Entrepreneur Business Woman of the Year in the Peninsula Business Awards.

Highly committed to personal development, Ms Wild says Stone Real Estate’s dynamism matched her own.

As a pillar of the Peninsula community, Ms Wild is also well known for her work with Fusion Mornington Peninsula, a not-for-profit organisation helping young homeless people. The cause is a matter close to her heart, Ms Wild herself was orphaned at a young age and grew up in less than desirable circumstances, giving her great empathy for youth facing adversity.

“I never regret anything that’s happened in the past because it leads me to where I’m going,” Ms Wild said.

Malcolm Parkinson

Joining Ms Wild at the new Stone Mornington franchise is her business partner Malcolm Parkinson.

Impeccably connected after 10 years operating on both sides of the Peninsula, Mr Parkinson has achieved numerous record sales especially of prestige properties which had struggled under different representation.

“Real estate is about achieving the best outcomes from the best experience and Stone enables us to offer exactly that,” Mr Parkinson said.
