Stone Real Estate strengthen Sydney position with Hills office

Stone Real Estate have announced Jane Booty and Tony Didd will lead the group’s latest office which opened in Castle Hill this week.

“I’m looking forward to being able to offer the best tools and systems to our agents which in turn will improve our service to all Hills residents,” Ms Booty said.

Adding considerable weight to Ms Booty’s team will be the former head of Century 21 Australasia, Paul Mylott. As Stone Real Estate The Hills general manager Mr Mylott’s focus is on driving productivity and fostering the best agents.

As the region’s leading agent with three decades in the area, Ms Booty says she is extremely proud to be assisting a third generation of local families with their property needs, an achievement she attributes to
treating everyone with empathy and consideration.

Ms Booty will become co-principal of Stone Real Estate The Hills alongside her husband Tony Didd with whom she has run and owned an office since 1995.

“What I am most proud of is having helped so many generations of families buy and sell homes over three decades,” Ms Booty said.

“Even my best friends are people whom I met through selling them a house when I was just 21 years old not long after I became an agent.

Ms Booty said she has now seen the Hills District market go full circle, from the first days of subdivision and off-the-plan sales to today’s estates filled with luxury homes and back again.

“We’ve just recently sold almost 180 units in two different complexes off-the-plan which is the same sort of selling we were doing when we first started here over 20 years ago, only back then it was house and land designs,” Ms Booty said.

Stone Real Estate The Hills will cover Castle Hill, Dural, South Dural, Glenhaven, Kellyville and Baulkham Hills.
