What it Takes 2.0 Brings Together the Best in Industry

Australia’s real estate professionals are teaming up for the biggest training day of the year – What it Takes 2.0.

Held at The Venue Alexandria on Friday, 26 October, ‘What it Takes 2.0’ is hosted by Ray White’s number one agent Gavin Rubinstein, who is bringing together some of the industry’s biggest and most respected names for one day of training and workshops to raise industry standards.

Last year’s inaugural event, ‘What it Takes 1.0’, received incredible reviews from real estate professionals, but the bar is set even higher in 2018.

“Last year was an incredible and humbling experience playing host to What it Takes 1.0. The feedback from agents and industry personalities alike was strong, but like anything I put my mind too I always want to do better,” said Mr Rubinstein.

What it Takes 2.0 dives into exactly what it takes to become the best in the business – not just from real estate professionals but from leaders within digital marketing, social influencing and finance.

“I put it on myself to provide a day where attendees can hear from leaders within real estate but also provide inspiration from indirect leaders of real estate such as digital marketing and social influence.

“Today, more than ever, if you want to succeed in real estate you must be an expert in all fields of business operations and What it Takes 2.0 offers that insight and inspiration,” said Mr Rubinstein.

Guests can expect a high-octane training day where leaders will share their tips for success, including how to manage energy and successfully operate in a changing market.

“The day promises to leave a lasting impression that’s going leave attendees motivated and fired up to finish the year on a high note. If you want to know how the best of the best go about their business, then this is a must-attend event,” said Mr Rubinstein.

Marty Fox, owner and director of WHITEFOX, can’t wait for the opportunity.

“I’m excited to speak at ‘What it Takes 2.0’ as I believe it’s a more intimate and high-performing group of people who have perfected their craft over time through trial and error, consistency and risk.

“This for me will be a raw talk on how I’ve been able to get to this point in my career – from office schlepper to owning WHITEFOX and everything in between,” said Mr Fox.

Ray White Director Dan White said he was excited to support this year’s instalment of What it Takes:

“Our family is so proud to work with Gavin, who is the leading agent in our group,” Mr White said.

“His attention to detail, his integrity and his outstanding service to his clients are characteristics our industry values and many other agents aspire to. This event is a great opportunity to share in Gavin’s extensive experience. We are looking forward to many successful years together.”

New South Wales Blue CEO Jason Andrew, who is hosting the day, is also fully supportive of Mr Rubinstein’s desire to share his blueprint to succeed in real estate.

“It’s always a pleasure to support our best people and Gavin has been our top producer within New South Wales Blue, as well as being the top residential performer in our group for the last number of years,” Mr Andrew said.

“Gavin’s process, communication, marketing and team separate him from the rest, and to be given an in-depth insight into how these fundamentals make his business what it is will make anyone attending What it Takes 2.0 better at their respective businesses.”

Realestate.com.au is delighted to support ‘What It Takes 2.0’ again this year.

“As part of our Advantage Program, we’re proud to support What it Takes 2.0. Providing opportunities for great education and training is a core part of Advantage, and What It Takes 2.0 is no exception. We are proud to have our very own Steve Carroll joining the lineup of speakers on the day.”

“Gavin has been a great supporter of our business over many years and we highly value our relationship. We can see great synergies between our brand values with a customer-centric attitude and high level of customer service,” Charlotte Dub, National Commercial Manager Coco Republic, said.
