Jason Andrew joins Ray White as its new CEO-Sydney

Ray White NSW has announced Queensland auctioneer Jason Andrew as assuming the position of CEO – Sydney.

Under Andrew’s leadership, Ray White’s brand presence in Sydney’s most prestigious suburbs is set to strengthen even further through him bringing his real estate business knowledge to the fore.

In this newly created role, Andrew has been tasked with increasing Ray White’s stronghold in the markets of the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore, Northern Beaches and Inner West as existing chief executive, while Stephen Nell transitions into the position of chairman for NSW.

“[Sydney] has long been regarded as the epicentre of Australian real estate, and I’m so excited to be the custodian of this critical marketplace,” Andrew said.

The brand’s inner Sydney businesses achieved more than $4 billion in sales in the 2016 calendar year.

With a 1000-day plan in the works, Andrew said his ultimate goal is to raise the profitability of brand’s businesses in Sydney.

“Our ambitions are big, but we firmly believe they are for the betterment, not only of Ray White but of the whole industry.

“Our initial strategy extends until 2020, and by then it is our goal to have raised the skills, service and standards of our agents, benefiting our vendors and as a precessional effect creating more profitable businesses,” he said.

Andrew has overseen more than 15,000 property transactions, and has become known as a leading industry commentator, keynote speaker and mentor.
