Penrose Real Estate open new doors with launch of new brand

Grant and Christina Penrose have launched a new real estate brand with customer service at the heart of its ethos.

After working in the industry for almost 30 years, and with the help of Identity Marketing, the husband and wife duo decided to make the change and launch Penrose Real Estate.

“Having both worked in the industry for over 29 years and owned our own business for more than 20 years, we no longer felt we needed the support of a franchise group,” Mrs Penrose said.

“We were looking to offer our clients – as well as ourselves – more flexibility in their marketing options, and Penrose now delivers that.”

Now this flexibility is more of an option, Penrose are setting their sights on cementing themselves in Brisbane, positioning themselves as an agency built on trustworthiness for their clients.

“Moving forward, our vision for the business is to be recognised as our area’s go-to agency for a positive, real and authentic experience,” Mrs Penrose said.

“This new iteration of the business offers a more personalised approach to helping our clients – we’re more focused on services for our clients and their property.”

Mrs Penrose said the new look and feel had been described as modern, clean and unique – with the overall feedback overwhelmingly positive.

“So far we’ve had very positive feedback about both the brand and the marketing we’ve been putting out from friends, colleagues, and most importantly, clients,” she said.

When it comes to the team behind the brand itself, Mrs Penrose said Identity Marketing was integral not only to the creation of the new visual identity, but the roll out and launch campaign for the new brand too.

The new brand has allowed Penrose to finish the year stronger than when they started, with Mrs Penrose saying 2023 is set to be a busy one.
