Narrabeen’s 2-bed unit market has been transacting at a median of around $1.21 m over the year to August 2025, with typical marketing times near six weeks.

Against a cluster of comparable 2-bed/2-bath sales in August–September (with the median around $1.455 m), 1/39–41 Lagoon Street achieved $1.575 m on 25 September 2025, about 8% above that local reference point.

The Lagoon Street apartment — featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two car spaces — benefited from this demand, drawing enquiry from buyers attracted to coastal living and the suburb’s transport links.

Grant said the vendor valued both the process and the result.

“He was particularly pleased with the level of interest generated and the way the negotiation was handled,” Grant said.

“It reinforced the benefit of a structured campaign approach in securing a premium outcome.”
