A new force in the Kiama and Gerringong real estate market

First National Coast & Country is the new name following the merger of the Harcourts and McGrath agencies in Kiama with First National Gerringong, the new entity will focus on both coastal and rural properties.

Terry Digger and Jason Stalgis, the Principals behind the successful First National agency in Gerringong, are excited to lead the new Coast & Country business. Mr Diggerย said, โ€œOur focus is to deliver a whole new level of expertise across the coastal and rural property sector; combining top results, outstanding customer service with an enhanced support network.โ€

Mr Stalgisย added, โ€œCombining the experience and longevity of the agents in the Kiama and Gerringong offices means we have more people collectively working hard to provide our customers with the best service possible. We will also deliver a renewed focus on the rural property market, which is something that prompted our new name, Coast & Country.โ€

Marnie Beauchamp and former Principal of McGrath Kiama is upbeat about the new venture, saying that she is looking forward to focusing on what she does best โ€“ selling homes. โ€œI am excited about the chance to take a step back from the day to day running of the business to focus all of my attention on my current and future clients. Jason and Terry have thought outside the square with these mergers to create a strong local presence. Working together, we are confident in our ability to provide the best real estate experience available in our area. My team and I are excited about the opportunity afforded by working with Jason and Terry.โ€

Mr Digger, adds he is looking forward to heading up the Kiama team, โ€œWeโ€™ll operate from the former McGrath office at 2/110-112 Terralong St, Kiama. The team from the former Harcourts office will move a few doors down the street to join forces with their new colleagues, while Jason Stalgis will remain in the Gerringong office to lead the team there,โ€ he explained. He went on to say, โ€œOur customers will continue to deal with some of the best operators in the local area.โ€

Susan Spence and Andy Wharton, former owners of Harcourts Kiama, are equally enthusiastic about the new entity. Susan said, โ€œItโ€™s a wonderful opportunity for the Kiama market. In one way or another, all agents in the new First National Coast & Country have made their mark in the community over many years, and itโ€™s important to note that we are already a well-established, successful and experienced team.โ€
