A four-bedroom family home at 48 Bordeaux Crescent, Castle Hill has sold for $2.78 million through an off-market campaign orchestrated by Reza Zad of Murdoch Lee Estate Agents
The single-level property on 651 square metres attracted five qualified buyers from Reza’s database, all seeking ground-floor living in the suburb located 30 kilometres northwest of Sydney’s CBD.
Reza ran a silent auction between the interested parties following VIP inspections, with the successful purchaser offering significantly above competing bids.
Matching buyers to property
Reza identified the prospective buyers by matching database clients seeking single-level homes to the vendors’ four-bedroom, two-bathroom property with three-car garage.
“I had about four to five buyers inspect the property at the same time and I ran a silent auction between these five interested buyers and the buyer who finally purchased the property offered way above every other buyer.” Reza said
The property was not advertised on mainstream portals. Instead, Reza photographed the home, created a floor plan, and listed it exclusively on the Murdoch Lee website before contacting his database.
