Propic unveils major AI feature release, as View Media Group expands its integrated tech ecosystem to give agents smarter tools, stronger leads, and a competitive edge.

Propic will continue to enhance its ground-breaking AI-powered agent assistant, CLAIRE and today unveiled its largest feature release to date, headlined by the launch of โ€˜Property Havenโ€™ (Claim My Property).

Founded in 2019 by Jeffery Gray, Propic aims to revolutionise the real estate industry with the power of AI. Since launch, it has grown to become the market leader in providing data solutions and generative AI for real estate agents.

Propic works with real estate brands such as Highland, Place and McGrath and in the last year has assisted in the transaction of over $13 billion worth of property transactions. Available 24/7, it enables real conversations, captures first-party data, and helps agencies identify future vendors earlier, all as a white-label CLAIRE solution.

Two-Way AI Conversations: CLAIRE enables your agency to communicate with consumers from the very first enquiry, through OFIs, settlement, and beyond. CLAIRE can not only communicate with Buyers and Vendors through the path to purchase/sell, but also offer related services such as Property Management, Finance, and even assist people in moving home with connections. She can communicate to the right consumer at the right time, with services relevant to them and their objectives.

Omni-Channel & Omni-Service AI: CLAIRE engages prospects across email, SMS, chat, voice and more while capturing valuable first-party data.
