The rise of boutique agency ownership has seen the Eview Group grow its east coast Australian operations to more than 200 sales agents, with a further 12 to be added in the next 30 days.
The Eview Group is also on track to record 3500 property transactions with a sales value of $2.75 billion by the end of 2021.
Eview Group Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder Manos Findikakis launched his ‘Your Brand Your Business’ model five years ago, and has since applied a managed approach to the company’s growth plans to ensure service levels always remain a priority.
“Taking this measured approach to growth will see us double our numbers in the next 12 months. We will comfortably reach our 400 agent target by the end of 2022,” Mr Findikakis said.
“We have developed a model that focuses on maximising leads for our sales and property management teams, but also removing all the important but mundane backend administrative activities required to run a successful agency.
“The model provides for more profit and freedom than the traditional agency setup and hence its growing popularity.”
Mr Findikakis added that key to their success is the constant innovation in their technology stack, with the latest addition being the imminent release of a new property management platform.
“Our partnership with this new PropTech player will further strengthen our service offering for our current and new team members,” he said.
“Our boutique brands will have the ability to build wealth by growing or acquiring a rent roll with our complete backend support and retaining 100 per cent ownership.”
