RiTA picks up Industry Innovation Award for third consecutive year

RiTA, the AI-powered lead generation assistant for real estate professionals, has been recognised with the Industry Innovation Award at the Real Estate Institute of Queensland awards.

The awards were held on Saturday, 29 October and marked the third consecutive year that RiTA, now part of CoreLogic, has won the award.

The two-way SMS automations were the highlight of last year’s innovation.

This year, RiTA took lead generation to the next level by enabling agents to automate a series of hyper-personalised SMS conversations, helping position themselves as the local source of real estate news, generate consistent leads and clean data over time.

“There is so much opportunity just sitting in every agency’s database,” founder Ian Campbell said.

“Consistent prospecting and nurturing is the key to growth, no matter what’s happening in the market.

“RiTA is there to make sure that you have the capability, and capacity, to ensure that no opportunity gets left behind.”

RiTA not only covers the SMS channel, she also assists with phone calls and automates email responses for buyer inquiries.

The Industry Innovation Award was dedicated to customers, families and team members.

Co-founder Sarah Bell said innovation is never achieved in isolation.

“I think what is remarkable about the DNA of RiTA is care.

“It is one of our core values as a company and caring drives our vision to co-create solutions with our customers, within an environment that is enriching for our community which stretches across the real estate and technology sectors.

“While we’ve seen many competitors emerge in this space to take advantage of the opportunity, I don’t think anyone can compete with our earnestness to pursue proven problems and create meaningful solutions with our customers, for our customers and their customers.”

RiTA exists to help create more conversations in real estate, which then generate more consistent leads, which turn into more listing opportunities.

With plans for new innovation next year, the team behind RiTA is committed to pursuing proven problems in the industry and helping real estate professionals create conversations that build trust.
