IT’S the dawn of a new era for Ray White Double Bay who has commenced its next phase of expansion with the recruitment of real estate young gun Alan Fettes.
Mr Fettes has been selling real estate for over five years in Sydney’s blue-chip eastern suburbs and lays claim to being the youngest agent to ever earn $1 million in commission at the age of 24.
He will be joined by sales associate Calvin Stewart.
Mr Fettes said he was excited to be joining an office with such a great reputation.

The arrival of Mr Fettes and Mr Stewart has been hailed as the dawn of a new era by Ray White Double Bay Managing Director Elliott Placks.

“This business has been going from strength to strength for more than 32 years, and I look forward to leading the already strong sales force over the coming years.”
Mr Fettes’ appointment comes just weeks after number one Ray White salesperson Gavin Rubinstein announced his departure from Ray White Double Bay. It was then revealed last week Mr Rubinstein would be opening his own new Ray White office at nearby Woollahra.
Mr Placks said he held high hopes for Mr Fettes and Mr Stewart’s future at Ray White Double Bay.
