Jason and Kirsty Kemp, known locally as the Kemp Team, have joined Century 21 Josie Smith & Co in Ipswich, Queensland.
The pair work as a close-knit team, with Jason as lead agent and Kirsty in a supporting role. Jason has been selling homes in Ipswich since 2020 and is known for his eye for detail and negotiation skills.
Kirsty is known for her warmth with clients, supporting them through every step of a sale.
“It was evident to us both that Josie was truly dedicated to supporting her team, establishing their presence in the Ipswich market and her love for the Century 21 brand.
“Furthermore, her understanding and commitment to prioritising family and team collaboration above all else – rather than just being another agent to fill a seat – was something we hadn’t seen in the Industry,” Jason said.
“Having a young family ourselves, this made the decision easy. After being part of the team for just over a month now, we can already see and feel that this is like a second home for us and we are excited and committed to continue growing with the Team,” he added.

Josie said the pair live locally with their young family and wanted to be closer to home, and had interviewed a number of other Ipswich agencies before deciding on Century 21.

The move adds to the sales team at the CBD-based agency, increasing its capacity to service clients across the wider Ipswich area.
