Queensland agent to set a new benchmark in Cairns

Over an 18-year career, Queensland agent Adam Saitta has worked with both big brands and boutique agencies, and now he’s set to tap into that extensive industry insight with the launch of his own brand, Benchmark Real Estate.

Adam recently unveiled his new real estate offering in partnership with the Agents’Agency, with the aim of offering the residents of Cairns a whole new ‘benchmark’ for service when it comes to selling, buying, or managing a property.

“The idea of starting my own agency has been bubbling away for some time now,” Adam said.

“I’ve always been the type of agent who’s the first to arrive at the office in the morning and the last to leave at night, and I kept imagining what I could do for myself with that work ethic.”

Adam’s lengthy real estate career has spanned two states and has encompassed both property management and sales.

He initially entered the industry in Victoria, but made the lifestyle shift to Cairns in North Queensland in 2018.

“Real estate was always something I wanted to do,” he reflects.

“Not only have I worked in the industry for a long time, but I’ve also bought and sold my own properties and I know what makes a great experience.

“It’s about knowledge, delivering a high level of service and having an agent by your side who will follow-up, follow back and follow through on what they say.”

This ethos will underpin Benchmark Real Estate, which will service everywhere from the sugar-growing region of Gordonvale to Cairns central and the coastal communities up to Palm Cove.

“We’re casting a wide net and I’m confident it will go well,” he says.

Adam notes he has had a highly-disciplined approach to real estate allowing him to deliver an exceptional level of customer care.

He prides himself on ensuring no detail is overlooked in the sale or management of a property and believes great communication with buyers, sellers, owners and tenants is key.

This discipline also extends to other areas of life. Each day his alarm is set to 4am and he hits the gym around 5am.

“To be at the top of your game you need to look after both your mind and your body, but make no mistake, I don’t mind a little fun,” Adam says.

Adam explains this work ethic will be the foundation of the stellar service he intends to deliver to the thriving community of Cairns.

“I’m driven, hardworking and authentic and intend to set a new standard,” he says.

As for why he opted to partner with the Agents’Agency, Adam says it felt like the right fit.

“I’d investigated a few other options, but I felt fully comfortable with the Agents’Agency,” he says.

“Being from Melbourne, I also knew the success that they’d had with the Eview Group, and their follow-up and attention to detail made me feel part of the team.”
