Eview Group rebrands as Agents’Agency

Fifteen years after starting as a single agency in Victoria, the Eview Group has embraced a new look and name as the network continues to rapidly expand across Australia.

Today, the growing group has unveiled a rebrand, showcasing a new website, new branding and announcing it will now be known as ‘Agents’Agency’.

Chief Executive Officer Manos Findikakis explained the new name was designed to better reflect the brand and its ethos.

“The reality is, we’ve always been a real estate network designed for and by agents,” Mr Findikakis said.

“This exciting new name and look reflects what we do and our future direction.

“It also encapsulates our electrifying current of leadership, fresh thinking and captivating innovation.”

With almost 300 sales agents in the network, the group pioneered the “Your Brand, Your Business” model and has experienced rapid growth over recent years.

In the past 18 months alone the network has doubled their agent team.

Combined with their administration and property management teams, the total organisation now has more than 400 members and staff, with projections that will increase to more than 500 before the end of the year.

The network is also on track to transact just short of $3 billion in property sales for the current financial year.

“Our contrarian approach to agency practice has built such momentum we are taking the exciting opportunity to reposition and rename our agency services business,” Mr Findikakis said.

The change will see the group’s seven foundation Eview Real Estate offices across the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne officially join more than 75 of the group’s independent agencies across Australia as network partners of the Agents’Agency.

“Our evolution continues and it’s time to introduce the next chapter of our story,” Mr Findikakis said.

“The multi-brand model has growing attraction and new entrants have further strengthened its appeal in the marketplace.”

Mr Findikakis said while every network, platform or traditional model would attract its own tribe, he believed change needed to be part of an organisation’s growth strategy.

“We’ve done that successfully and with the change comes added features and benefits to our agency services, as well as growing our support team and adding to our technology stack,” he stated.

“We’ve made it even easier and more affordable for agents to take charge of their future and be the director of their own agency.”

Mr Findikakis noted the network remained intent on breaking ground, with a value proposition focused on seeing established offices, including independents and franchises, join the group, along with agents starting out.

“The Agents’Agency is where experience works,” he explained.

“It’s the modern and more brilliant way of business operations, and profit-driven business owners are taking advantage of it.

“For the Agents’Agency, it’s not about being the best. It’s about empowering others to be their best.”
