Paul Franks joins Ray White Warriewood

Ray White has added another office in NSW in the Northern Beaches suburb of Warriewood, under the helm of experienced property valuer Paul Franks.

The office is due to open its doors later this month and is centrally located on Pittwater Rd, with an exposure of 40,000 residents driving past daily. Mr Franks will be supported by three other staff members.

Born and bred on Sydneyโ€™s Northern Beaches, Mr Franks offers property owners his experience as a valuer, in addition to being a licensed real estate agent. He has 20 yearsโ€™ experience selling and valuing more than 4,000 properties on the Northern Beaches in recent years. He was most recently with Domain Real Estate Northern Beaches for four years and also spent a number of years conducting mortgage valuation for ANZ and other big banks.

Mr Franks said his years of valuation experience add credibility to a role that is often perceived negatively by the public.

โ€œReal estate hasnโ€™t always got the best public perception, so having a background in real estate valuation gives credibility to the role. I find it helps when putting together a sale.โ€

Most of the property Mr Franks sells are to families looking to upsize their homes, with many properties in the $2 million-plus range near the beaches and some buyers coming from the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.

Ray Whiteโ€™s smaller presence in the Northern Beaches as compared to other parts of Sydney was a big drawcard for Mr Franks, who said he can see the growth opportunity for the brand in the area.

“I chose Ray White as they are the largest real estate brand in Australia and I was completely sold on their forward thinking, state of the art technology systems and industry-leading training and support. Naturally, this will enable us to be market leaders on the Northern Beaches,” Mr Franks said.

The best part of the Northern Beaches is the opportunity it offers young families, he adds.

โ€œItโ€™s just got everything a young family needs. Great beaches, great schools and lots of local facilities,โ€ said Mr Franks, who lives in Elanora Heights with his wife Monique and three young kids.

Ray White NSW chairman Stephen Nell said he was delighted to welcome Mr Franks into the Ray White family.

โ€œPaul is a proven successful salesperson and we are truly blessed to attract someone of his calibre and experience. We understand that growth is the oxygen for a business like ours.โ€
