McGrath Estate Agents has announced Karl Secondis will join the group in the newly created role of State Manager for Victoria, as the company looks to grow its footprint in the state.
Mr Secondis, who previously held roles with Ray White Darwin and One Real Estate Darwin, called this move a natural progression for him.
“I’ve always been inspired by the integrity of the brand and the quality of its look and feel in the marketplace.
Melbourne is one of the most dynamic property markets in Australia and I see it as a great fit for not only the metropolitan areas of the city but for regional locations, who will benefit from its high standards and customer experience,” he said.
In announcing the appointment Christopher Mourd, Head of Franchise Network for McGrath, praised Mr Secondis’ experience as he joins the team.
“We have a Melburnian who is returning home, having built a successful business and property
career in Darwin, and we couldn’t be happier to have Karl lead our network in Victoria.
“He is an exceptionally good auctioneer who both Scott Kennedy-Green and I have had the pleasure of
competing with on different occasions at the Australasian Auctioneering Competition, so it is fitting that
Karl will also be our Head Auctioneer for Victoria,” he said.
