Darwin real estate identity Karl Secondis has been welcomed back to Ray White with open arms.
Ray White SA / NT managing director Nick George said when Ray White began in the Northern Territory more than 15 years ago under the leadership of Mr Secondis the agency very quickly became the leading brand.
โKarl’s history as Darwin’s premier property marketing agent has continued under his own banner in the past years but I’m very excited and proud to bring his expertise back to the Ray White Group,โ Mr George said.
โWith four strong franchises in the Darwin market, we are part of Australasia’s number one real estate group and adding Karl’s expertise to the brand in our next phase of growth is a fantastic opportunity.
โKarl’s clients will no doubt welcome the support and marketing know how of the Ray White Group that he can now offer them.
โWe are looking forward to expanding further into the territory in the coming years and this is certainly a pivotal moment for our growth. Welcome back Karl.โ
Mr Secondis is returning to his Fannie Bay roots when he joins the Ray White Bayside team this month.
He was ending his association with the business he had developed since 2010 to join the firm owned by friend and former colleague Korgan Hucent.
Mr Secondis and Mr Hucent spent a good part of their earlier careers working under the Ray White Darwin banner before branching out.
โFannie Bay is the area where I started in real estate and itโs the area where I have focused most of my career in,โ Mr Secondis said
He said he was pleased to be joining Mr Hucentโs business as a sales executive, having previously worked as a manager, colleague, friend and mentor with his new boss.
The real estate pair have long enjoyed a close working relationship.
As passionate advocates of auctioning property, the pair have also shared property intelligence and collaborated on market strategy as agent principals of their respective businesses during a challenging time in real estate in the Top End.
Mr Hucent said trust was a key ingredient in their relationship. โHomeowners are also realising that now is a sensible time to take action and to list on the market.โ
