Highland has brought together 26 of its highest-performing agents and senior leaders for an annual conference in Hong Kong, rewarding the group for their performance and marking the network’s approach to its 20-year milestone.
The conference was hosted at the Four Seasons Hong Kong.
Beyond the setting, the gathering was built around relationship-building, idea exchange and professional discussion among the group, giving attendees a chance to connect away from day-to-day business demands.
Founder and CEO David Highland said the people within the business, and their shared drive, had always been central to its success.
“We’ve always believed that the strength of our business comes down to our people,” he said.
“Our success comes from continually challenging ourselves, investing in our people and creating an environment where talented individuals can achieve great things.”
David added the trip was as much about looking forward as it was about reflecting on what had been built.
“Bringing this group together in Hong Kong was a celebration of how far the business has come, while looking ahead to the talent and opportunities that will shape its next chapter,” he said.
The conference extended beyond the boardroom. On day two, the group travelled out to Hong Kong’s South Side islands for a luxury cruise and a private beach picnic, followed by a dinner overlooking Hong Kong Harbour.
With Highland closing in on two decades in business, the trip reflects the model the network has built its growth on – rewarding top performers and tying that recognition to the leadership and culture it says underpins the results it delivers for clients.
