Adding another 70 agents to the group since December, Mr Taylor says he is thrilled with the continued expansion so far this year. “Agents are frustrated with the traditional/complicated models where the principal takes a bigger slice of commission with very little support.
“They don’t necessarily need to rely on a physical office address anymore; the office isn’t providing walk-in leads like they did 15-20 years ago.”
The @realty software platform has also had several exciting upgrades to make agents more productive in producing client presentations, brochures, flyers and other marketing tools.
The cost of $275 per month for being part of the group also covers things like trust accounting and other back office support.
