Image of health: How a new model helped group reach new heights

It’s clear there is strong demand from agents keen to create their own success, with our agency team at Image Property soaring by a staggering 540 per cent in just six months.

After launching midway through last year, our unique Supported By Image model has resulted in our team increasing from five to 32 in the space of a few months.

This jump in team members has correspondingly resulted in average sales skyrocketing to more than 70 per month.

The increasing productivity of our team is perhaps not surprising, however, the most valuable part of what has occurred over the past six months is that our growth has come organically via referrals from within our team. 

That means a majority of the agents who have joined us have been recommended by an existing agent in the team.
