Recording artist Drake has put the trio of homes that comprise his Hidden Hills estate on the market for more than $US20 million.
According to The Dirt, the three LA properties sit on 6.7 acres and are known collectively as Yolo Estate.
Together, Drake is asking US$22.2 million for the three properties, although each is listed separately.
Drake purchased the largest of the three homes, in 2012 for US$7.7 million, and is now asking for US$14.8 million.
Thereโs also a renovated ranch house, bought in 2015 for US$2.85 million, now listed at $2.9 million. And finally, a modest 1950s ranch house, the musician bought in 2018 for US$4.5 million and is listed for the same price he paid for it.
Yolo Estateโs main residence is a 1161sq m home with coffered and beamed ceilings, multiple fireplaces, seven bedrooms, and nine bathrooms.
The living room of the main residence has a rustic feel, while the dining room is intimate with windows looking out over the estateโs leafy gardens. The kitchen contains commercial-style stainless-steel appliances, white marble counters and two-tone cabinetry.
The home also includes Drakeโs very own private lair, a 185sq m contemporary space with dark-stained wood floors and honey-toned wood panelling on the walls and ceiling.
Drake has spared no expense in fitting out the residence with a customised recording studio as well as a wine cellar, tasting room, and 25-seat movie theatre.
Outside, the grounds are set up to entertain with the highlight being the lagoon-like swimming pool with cascading waterfalls, an 80-foot-long waterslide, spa grotto with swim-up bar and lounge area.
The estate also has a tennis and basketball court, a sand volleyball court, a horse stabling block and riding arena that connects to the many nearby riding trails.
The second residence has five bedrooms and six bathrooms between the 343sq m main house an 74sq m guesthouse and pool house.
While the Mellenthin-style ranch house that Drake purchased in 2018 is 232sq m with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Drake has reportedly purchased Robbie Williams‘ Beverly Hills mansion and looks to be lightening up some of his other property holdings.
