Buyer’s agency platform FOUNDIT has appointed Mark Amos as its second Eastern Suburbs partner, working alongside founding partner Sabeen Akbani as the company expands its Sydney footprint.
Mark brings more than 20 years of experience across property acquisition, renovation, development, and investment strategy. He specialises in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, South Sydney, Inner West, and Lower North Shore.
FOUNDIT founder Angus Ferguson said the appointment followed strong performance in the Eastern Suburbs over the past 12 months.
“Off the back of Sabeen’s success, the Eastern Suburbs has been one of our strongest markets over the past 12 months, and appointing Mark is a natural next step in meeting that demand,” Angus said.
“He has a strong track record of sourcing high-quality opportunities – including off-market deals – that deliver real long-term growth potential for his clients. That depth of experience is exactly what we want representing buyers on the FOUNDIT platform.”

Mark said his focus would be on helping clients secure properties with confidence in long-term outcomes.
“The market is competitive, and buyers need an edge,” Mark said.
“My years of experience, coupled with FOUNDIT’s technology and research capability, makes for a powerful combination for my clients.”
At FOUNDIT, Mark will manage the acquisition process end-to-end, from sourcing and due diligence through to negotiation and settlement.
The platform connects property buyers with buyer-focused agents, supported by proprietary technology designed to enhance transparency and streamline reporting.
The Eastern Suburbs expansion is part of a broader national growth strategy targeting high-demand markets.
