Harcourts Property Centre will acquire two Redlands-area businesses and open an inner-city Brisbane office on 1 May as it continues aggressive expansion across South East Queensland.

Co-Managing Director Sam Devlin announced the acquisitions to the team recently, which will see Pamela Nielson and Dave Hardman join the business, alongside news of a new 300-square-metre office at 15 Malt Street in New Farm.

The New Farm/The Valley location will house the agency’s commercial division, its prestige sales team, and a new project marketing arm led by Gary Thompson.

Co-Managing Director Nathan O’Neill said the expansion was central to the agency’s long-term strategy.

“These acquisitions across the Redlands and the expansion into Brisbane’s inner north are fundamental to the vision of creating a comprehensive South East Queensland servicing agency,” Nathan said.

The goal is to offer property management, residential and prestige sales, commercial services, and project marketing across a footprint stretching from Noosa to the northern Gold Coast.

The moves follow what the agency described as a “landmark 2025,” which included team growth and new offices in Tewantin and Birkdale.

Co-Managing Director Aaron Brooks said the expansion was built on investing in people.

“The business is built on empowering great people, providing a robust platform that supports continuous learning, and retaining top-tier talent,” Aaron said.

The agency is now recruiting sales and commercial professionals across its eleven locations, with further Sunshine Coast expansion planned for 2026.
