Rick Schultz opens Ray White Albert Park

Rick Schultz has launched Ray White Albert Park, stepping into business ownership after almost 10 years as a leading agent within the network, including a seven-year tenure at Ray White Port Adelaide.

Schultz said business ownership wasn’t originally part of the plan.

“I always loved listing and selling and never really considered business ownership initially,” Schultz said.

“However, as I built my team, I realized I wanted a new challenge to keep growing as a person.”

“I’m incredibly excited to take this next step with the opening of Ray White Albert Park.”

The new office launches with a team of five: agents Rocco Monteleone and Bianca Nazzaro, co-agent Asher Le Quesne, and office manager Rayme Truong, who is also Schultz’s sister.

Schultz said the team’s culture would be built around strong communication and results for clients.

“Our team is energetic with a very strong work ethic and we are highly focused on achieving the best results for our clients,” he said.

“We want to build a business based on integrity, and we pride ourselves in our honesty and excellent communication skills.”

The team’s focus for the next 12 months will be growing local market share and establishing roots in the Albert Park community.

Ray White South Australia CEO Matt Lindblom backed Schultz’s track record as a strong signal for the new office.

“Rick has been an outstanding performer within the Ray White family for years, consistently demonstrating the drive, customer focus, and work ethic required to succeed at the highest level,” Matt said.

“Watching him progress from an intern to a top-tier agent, and now to a business owner, is a testament to his dedication.

“We are thrilled to support Rick and his energetic team as they launch Ray White Albert Park and continue to deliver exceptional results for their clients.”
