Double your productivity without adding hours – with Elite Agent’s AI Powered Agent Workshop Series

Agents, property managers and leaders looking to supercharge their productivity and create content that converts to customers, should sign up to Elite Agent’s full-day accelerated ChatGPT AI Powered Agents workshops.

The AI Powered Agents Workshop will take place in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne and Sydney in August, equipping attendees with practical knowledge and actionable takeaways that will enable them to work smarter, faster and do more all while keeping costs down.

Elite Agent Managing Editor Samantha McLean will host the workshops, which will teach attendees how to incorporate free AI tools such as ChatGPT and Google’s Bard into their marketing strategies.

The workshops will also cover other new-age tools that can help agents speed up document reviews, aid them in writing emails, produce videos, generate images and more.

“Tools like ChatGPT can do much more than just give you listing descriptions,” Ms McLean said.

“They can create an entire 40-point database nurture plan for you.”

Ms McLean said the workshop was a super-charged learning experience, equivalent to doing Elite Agent’s popular 30-day Transform challenge in just one day.

“There’s a big difference in the result from typing something into ChatGPT and typing a really smart thing into ChatGPT, something we already know works,” she said.

“But it’s not just sales and marketing, we will also teach you how to use ChatGPT for growth and productivity in other operational areas of your business so that you can focus on the tasks that really matter – the ‘human’ relationships with your customers.”

Beautique Realty Director Beau Miller won Transform in May and said the 30-day challenge had taught her how to use AI effectively and introduce it into her workflow in useful ways that saved her time, created content for social media posts, and helped her tackle difficult online conversations.

“I used it for engaging social media posts because I always have ideas but I don’t have time to sit and do them,” Ms Miller said.

“So what I do is, I take a photo during an entry or exit inspection and then I’d ask ChatGPT to write my social media post.

“With one particular vacate inspection I did, by the end of it, I had five different social media posts finished to run over a period of five weeks.”

Q State Properties Selling Agent Monique Clemens finished in second place in Transform and said it had helped her overcome her fear of AI.

She said she now uses ChatGPT to answer questions, improve her emails, generate content and create social media templates.

In case you’re wondering, ChatGPT can also help you refine your listing presentation, help with scripts and dialogues and strategically pinpoint your competition’s weaknesses.

The Brisbane workshop will be held on August 15, while Perth will be on August 24, Melbourne on August 29 and Sydney on August 31.
