But, everyone needs a good makeover now and again, and Area Specialist is no different.

So while we’re keeping the name, Area Specialist is undergoing a major rebrand, to be officially launched in 2023.

So, why did we do it?

To ensure our clients – our agents – have the cleanest, sharpest, most unique and personal brand in Australia. 

At Area Specialist, we’ve always believed your name is your logo. And with our rebrand, we’re allowing agents to have some control over their image, while leaving all the hard work to us.

Under the rebrand, agents are able to choose their own highlight colour.

Our sold stickers will double as packing tape that we give to the buyers and vendors so that all their moving boxes will have “Sold by (Area Specialist Agents Name)” on it. 

It’s ongoing marketing for the agent. The tape will likely be seen on their Instagram stories when they take photos of all their moving boxes, it will be in the garage 10 years later in the box marked ‘family photos’. So effectively, we have prolonged the life of our sold sticker to more than the usual 90 days.

But good business is about more than marketing. It’s about service, it’s about growth.
