REA Group has announced the winners of the 2025 REA Excellence Awards, celebrating the agencies, teams and individuals setting the standard for innovation, service and performance across Australia’s property industry.
Now in its ninth year, the program recognises realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au customers for their outstanding contribution to every stage of the property journey.
The Excellence Awards recognise REA customers from residential sales, property management, commercial, new homes and media.
This year’s winners were selected from eight submission‑based categories, and the introduction of a new data‑driven Top Agent award has seen high‑performing residential sales agents recognised nationwide.
Top‑performing residential sales agents in suburbs across Australia are being recognised on realestate.com.au Agent Profiles and Agent Search.
From today, eligible winners will see a new Top Agent badge appear on their Agent Profile for the next 12 months, helping them stand out to prospective sellers in their local area.
Buyers and sellers continually turn to realestate.com.au to search for the right agent to support them in their property journey, with 30 million visits to Agent and Agency Search & Profiles in the past 12 months¹.
Among this year’s standout submission winners is OC Real Estate, which took out both Residential Agency of the Year and Property Management Team of the Year.
The South Australian agency was recognised for its culture‑led growth, service excellence and measurable performance at scale.
The Rising Star of the Year award went to Belinda Kolstad of Smart Real Estate, who was recognised for an exceptional first year in real estate.
Her strong sales performance and community driven approach set her apart as a future industry leader.
Hayley Van de Ven has been named the Most Influential Woman in Property.
A highly sought after mentor, she leads REMAX Results and serves on the board of 4 Voices, advocating for women experiencing domestic violence and social isolation, extending her influence both within the property industry and beyond.
