REA Group has announced 24 submission finalists for the 2025 REA Excellence Awards, recognising agencies, teams and individuals throughout Australia for their impact across residential, commercial, new homes and media markets.
The REA Excellence Awards celebrate the success of realestate.com.au and realcommercial.com.au customers and their outstanding performance in supporting Australians throughout their property journey.
Now in its ninth year, the program shines a spotlight on the passion and expertise of REA Group customers across the country.
REA Group Chief Customer and Commercial Officer, Kul Singh, said this year’s finalists reflect the very best of the industry’s passion, innovation and expertise.
“The REA Excellence Awards offers the annual opportunity to formally recognise customers who are sefting new benchmarks for what great looks like in our industry. These finalists are using data, technology and creativity to deliver outstanding results for vendors, buyers, landlords and renters, while also giving back to their local communities. From agencies transforming their businesses with digital tools, to teams championing wellbeing and inclusion, this year’s finalists truly represent the best of the best.”

2024’s Most Influential Woman in Property winner, Karuna Mazzocchi, said the award recognition has had a lasting impact.
“Receiving the Most Influential Woman in Property award has strengthened my credibility within real estate and across broader industries. It has created new opportunities not just for me, but for the entire Coronis Group. We are on a growth trajectory and I truly believe this recognition has helped accelerate that momentum for our whole team.”
In addition to the submission-based categories, the 2025 program also includes a new residential Top Agent award powered by the same trusted data that underpins realestate.com.au’s Agent Search rankings.
