Industry leader Fiona Blayney announces PM/ONE 2026

Australia’s leading Property Management conference returns to Sydney in September 2026

Following the successful launch of PM/ONE in 2025, industry leader Fiona Blayney has announced the return of PM/ONE for 2026, reaffirming its position as the most significant Property Management event on the national calendar.

Taking place on 13–14 September 2026 at the Hilton Sydney, PM/ONE 2026 will once again bring Property Management professionals together in one space, with one shared focus: strengthening the people, teams, and systems that underpin Australia’s rental housing sector.

Created after more than two decades working alongside the profession, PM/ONE was designed to give Property Management what it had long been missing — a dedicated, national platform that recognises its complexity, responsibility, and commercial importance.

In its inaugural year, PM/ONE brought the industry together as one profession, one community, one stage, repositioning Property Management from a supporting role to centre stage.

“PM/ONE was created because this profession deserved its own room,” said Ms Blayney.

“A room built for the people who carry the responsibility of housing more than a third of Australian households, and who do so under increasing operational, legislative, and emotional pressure.”

Foundation Members are returning in strong numbers, with around 40% of 2025 attendees having already secured their 2026 tickets, reinforcing the event’s relevance and the industry’s commitment to continuing the conversation.

PM/ONE 2026 will again deliver a highly curated two-day program focused on leadership, performance, culture, and sustainable growth.

The event will feature nationally recognised industry speakers, practical leadership-led content grounded in real-world application, curated supporter partnerships aligned to the profession, purposeful networking opportunities, and an experience designed to challenge, support, and energise attendees.

Property Management plays a critical role in Australia’s housing system, supporting more than 31% of households nationwide.

PM/ONE exists to reflect the significance of that responsibility and to ensure the profession has a platform that matches its impact.

“PM/ONE is not about noise or novelty,” Ms Blayney added.“It’s about alignment, contribution, and lifting the profession together in a way that is considered, professional, and sustainable.”

PM/ONE 2026 will be supported by a select group of industry partners who share a commitment to the long-term success of Property Management and the people who lead it.
