Transform Week 7 – This week, head Transform coach Claudio Encina spoke about phone technique, nailing those prospecting calls and OFI callbacks. In this video, we asked Zac to give us an overview of his phone technique… during and before the call. Fiona Blayney from Real+ also visited the Super Six and spoke about how to harmoniously generate leads between sales and property management. We asked Zac what he took from this lesson and how he is working with his PM department as a result.
