With artificial grass for flooring, comics on walls, a football table, Warner Brother’s statues, a giant M&M dispenser and a 63-inch screen for Mario Kart, Xperience Realty are setting themselves apart from the crowd.
Founder and Principal of Xperience Reality Vish Uttam said it was important to make his environment as employee-friendly and stress-free as possible, in hopes that the unique office space inspires both employees and clients to enjoy life.

Importantly for the team at Xperience Realty, who have dubbed themselves ‘super-agents’, fun is not sacrificed for effectiveness.
Mr Uttam stated that the main aim of creating a bold office was to also create a sense of fun for clients and offer them a great experience.
“We are thrilled to open our doors here in the heart of Toowong and look forward to welcoming existing and new clients into the coolest office set-up in town!” he said.
When asked where the inspiration for the quirky office came from, Mr Uttam said companies like Google, Virgin and Apple were among the main sources for creating the office culture and design of the office.
