X Commercial has secured a key signing for its agency and launched a new subdivision called X Commercial Capital as it continues its rapid growth trajectory.
Darron Levin comes from Intera Group where he spent the past 10 years as general manager of property.
He was instrumental in growing this into a billion-dollar institutional property company.
Mr Levin has an MBA from UNSW and brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in commercial and retail management spanning various senior executive management roles in large property companies across the US, Canada, South Africa, China, Hong Kong and Australia.
Prior to his last role, Mr Levin was an executive at Westfield for six years.
X Commercial’s Chief Executive Officer Daniel O’Brien said he was excited and proud to start a new company and division with an executive of Mr Levin’s calibre.
“I was flattered when Darron approached me to start this new business as he can see the potential X Commercial has for more growth,” Mr O’Brien said.

Mr Levin said he joined X Commercial as he was impressed with its name, branding and overall culture.

X Commercial launched in July 2021 and operates from four major metropolitan locations – South Sydney, Chatswood, Inner West and Surry Hills.
The group is on track to close more than 700 property deals in its first 12 months of trading, with 40 professionals across sales, leasing and asset management, with 1400 commercial properties under management worth more than $1.5 billion.
