Using AI to gather property testimonials

If thereโ€™s one thing every agent should be collecting (besides listings), itโ€™s testimonials. And not just the odd Google review โ€” weโ€™re talking real, authentic feedback that captures how you work, what youโ€™re like to deal with, and why people keep coming back to you. But keeping track of kind words across Instagram, DMs, and Google reviews can be a full-time jobโ€ฆ unless youโ€™ve got the right tool.

If you’ve ever lost track of a glowing DM, forgotten where that great client review landed, or wished there was an easier way to collect those all-important testimonials, you’re not alone.

In real estate, social proof isnโ€™t just nice to have โ€” itโ€™s your conversion secret weapon.

I recently did a podcast with Peter Brewer (REIQ Board Chair, Experienced Agent, Author, Storyteller AND good bloke) a little while ago, and I asked him what he would do if he started in real estate all over again.

Hereโ€™s the answer:

The key piece of this that stuck with me was the bit about gathering video testimonials.

Itโ€™s brilliant advice because nothing beats video.

But if you are anything like me, it can be hard to keep track of all of your testimonial assets – between the nice things people have said to you on your socials, the videos youโ€™ve collected, Google reviews and more.

But there is a tool that solves this problem – that came to my attention when someone asked me for a testimonial.

And I have to say, I love it!

Itโ€™s called testimonial.to and basically, it creates your own formatted โ€œWall of Loveโ€ – amalgamating testimonials from all the places I just mentioned.

I spent an hour or so gathering some of the nice things people have said about me and here is what it looks like.

The form/page you use to gather testimonials can also be assembled very quickly by AI.

You can paste your website URL, and using some AI smarts, it will extract your colour scheme and what you do for a living and craft an intro paragraph and some inspo questions (although I did change mine slightly)

What I really love about this is itโ€™s way easier using this tool to take Peteโ€™s sage advice and ask people for a quick video than it is to convince a Bunnings sausage sizzle volunteer to give you an extra onion on a Saturday.

You know what I mean :)

The favour

Itโ€™s still early days for AI in real estate, and hopefully, Iโ€™ve landed some value with you guys over the last couple of years by sharing loads of free prompts, tools, tips and reviews to gently guide you into your AI journey – and ensuring you have the latest tools and thinking to keep pushing your business forward.

So, would you be willing to share a brief testimonial about your experience with subscribing to AI-Powered Agents, what you have learned, and how itโ€™s impacted you?

If you leave me a text or video review, Iโ€™ll love you forever (seriously!)

That link again is here.
