Auction volumes normalise after last week’s lofty highs with a softening clearance rate

Auction volumes fall across the combined capitals, returning a preliminary clearance rate of 66.8 percent. There were significantly fewer homes taken to auction across the combined capital cities this week, after last week saw volumes reach a year-to-date high (3,713).
