The unbreakable agency: learn the legal ‘must haves’ for long-term success

That’s the message from O*NO Legal – The Real Estate Agents’ Lawyer Founder, Kristen Porter, who said too often agents branch out on their own and work tirelessly to build their agency, only to lose it all because they didn’t get their legals sorted.

Ms Porter wants to ensure that doesn’t happen to you, which is why she’s developed a free webinar, From start to success: the legal ‘must haves’ for an unbreakable agency.

She said the webinar had been designed for start-ups or those agencies that are already up and running but have been in business for less than two years, and who want to build a valuable asset for the future.

The webinar will also contain critical information on how sorting your legals will increase the value of your agency and have you ‘sale ready’ at all times.

Ms Porter said other topics included what you need to think about if you are going to business alone versus with others, how to create and protect your brand and what corporate structures are available to you.
