The simple way to solve your clients’ struggles with ChatGPT

Using artificial intelligence to save you time, help you seal deals and boost profits is likely easier than you think.

Elite Agent Managing Editor Samantha McLean has revealed three more game-changing prompts for AI, such as ChatGPT, to help you do business better.

“These are tools you can put to work in your business right now,” Sam says.

Prompt 1: Ask ChatGPT for essential prompts

If you’re new to AI and ChatGPT, creating the perfect prompt might not be entrenched in your skill set just yet.

But did you know you can create a list of prompts simply by asking ChatGPT to provide you with one?

Sam says it’s as simple as asking, “I’m a real estate agent new to using ChatGPT. Can you provide a list of essential prompts that will help real estate agents increase efficiency and save time? Please give me at least 20 prompts”.

Prompt 2: Craft compelling pitches

If you’re looking to save time when crafting an invitation to an open home or an email to your database, Sam says ChatGPT can put pen to paper, digitally, for you.

“You can ask ChatGPT to craft a compelling pitch to invite potential buyers to an open home,” she says.

Check out Sam’s prompt in the video, because once you’ve popped it into the AI, ChatGPT will ask you all the questions it needs to in order to create the pitch and then it will get writing!

“This could be a huge time-saver,” Sam says.

Prompt 3: Content for property investors

Sam says ChatGPT is “phenomenal” for creating content – as long as you’re creating the right content.

What’s the right content? It’s content that solves the struggles your clients are facing.

For example, you could ask ChatGPT to provide you with the challenges Australian property investors face in maximising returns.

“What this does is provide insight into the mind of a property investor, helping you craft content that directly addresses the problems they’re currently facing,” Samantha says.

One final tip

And what’s Sam’s final ‘must-do’?

“Always say, ‘please’ and ‘thank you’ to the robot,” she says.
