The success Century 21 has enjoyed in booming north-west Sydney is set to reach new heights with star Hills agent, Martin Baldacchino, opting to open Century 21 The Hills District with Rafi Younes, one of the network’s most successful agents and franchise owners.
Mr Baldacchino and Mr Younes both enjoy Centurion status within the network, one of Century 21’s highest global accolades.
“For decades, Century 21 has provided tens of thousands of Hills residents with successful property solutions,” said Mr Baldacchino.
“Our new look team will be looking to leverage off the brand’s standing in the local community, while introducing new services and innovative marketing strategies to continue to cement Century 21 as the first port of call for buyers and sellers of real estate in Castle Hill and surrounding areas.”
Northwest Sydney has enjoyed one of the country’s largest property booms in recent years, with a rail line being developed through the region along with new infrastructure and thousands of new dwellings.
Century 21 Chairman, Charles Tarbey, welcomed the new Castle Hill based team to the network: “Both Martin and Rafi have been consistently recognised as two of the best agents we have in Australia and around the world.

Century 21 has been on a strong growth trajectory in Australasia over the past six months with new office openings in New Zealand, Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
Century 21 The Hills District is expected to officially open its doors in mid-April.
