The Agents’Agency is ramping up its growth strategy, with business development specialist Sandy Taylor joining the team as a National Director and Head of Growth for Queensland.
Ms Taylor started with the network on January 12 and will focus on building existing businesses within the group as well as bringing new members on board.
She comes to the role with 13 years’ experience in the industry, including time spent at some of the industry’s biggest brands as a sales agent, office manager, business development manager and business owner.
But it’s helping others build their businesses and attain their goals where Ms Taylor’s true passion lies.
Originally from Halls Creek in the Kimberleys, Ms Taylor spent her formative years at Rose Bay in Sydney, giving her a deep insight into people from all walks of life.
“I genuinely love learning and helping people get where they want to be,” Ms Taylor said.
“I get a kick out of making a difference, using systems, procedures and strategies to improve business operations and build thriving real estate businesses.”
This passion for seeing businesses succeed started early.
In her 20s, Ms Taylor helped build her family’s retail business prior to its sale, before ‘falling into real estate’ as a receptionist at First National Scone.
“I know the importance of having someone in your corner, championing you with business support,
creative thinking and innovative strategies,” she said.
“I love nothing more than helping people attain their business ambitions. Quite simply, it’s what gets me out of bed each morning.”
Ms Taylor’s resume includes time spent with major brands such as Ray White and more recently Coronis, where she was the group’s National Growth Leader and Director of Franchising.
She also has personal experience starting and building her own business after creating a successful agency of her own within the Coronis group.
Ms Taylor’s new role at the Agents’Agency will see her supporting existing businesses within the network as well as working with agents interested in joining the fast-growing group.
She noted joining the Agents’Agency was a natural transition and a step she was excited to take.
“From the moment I was introduced to Manos and Maria Findikakis and the Agents’Agency model I knew this was something I needed to be a part of,” Ms Taylor said.
“I firmly believe the Agents’Agency is one of the industry’s best-kept secrets and I’m determined to change that.”
Ms Taylor said the Agents’Agency model continued to be a game-changer in the industry, allowing agents to create their own business and own brand, while receiving full administrative support and mentoring.
“It gives more people more opportunity to keep money in their own pocket while concentrating on what they do best – listing and selling property,” she said.
“There is no downside.”
Over the past two years, the Agents’Agency has experienced exceptional growth, with the group now
boasting almost 100 individual brands and 300 sales agents across the country.
Founder Manos Findikakis said he was thrilled to welcome Ms Taylor into the newly-created role as the group looks to continue its rapid growth trajectory while offering comprehensive support to existing
“We’ve personally stood where many agents stand now,” Mr Findikakis said.
“We’ve launched a business, built it into a successful brand and enjoy nothing more than giving other agents a vehicle to start and build their own businesses.
“Sandy’s role continues that commitment to supporting our members with the tools, strategies and
pathways that allow them to achieve personal success.”
Noting Ms Taylor had forged a reputation in the industry for her innovative thinking and business acumen, Mr Findikakis said she had hit the ground running, spending her first few weeks in the role meeting with existing agency operators across the country.
“Sandy’s enthusiasm, energy and proven ability to create thriving businesses are a natural fit for our network, and we’re excited to have her on board as we continue to offer agents a fully integrated solution that allows them to quickly, cost-effectively and successfully build their own businesses under their own brand,” he said.
