Top agent Vivien Yap of Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont was recently honoured as a Chairman’s Elite performer, ranking her among a very small handful of top Ray White agents across Australasia.
Ms Yap is the leading group’s first female Chairman Elite of 2018-19 – awarded to those who write in excess of $1.25 million in fees and/or 120 sales each year.
Humbled by the recognition, Ms Yap said the award was a testament to her determination over the past 12 months to service her vendors.
“It is such an honour to be named as the first female – among the very best agents across Ray White. It’s wonderful to be recognised and it’s also great motivation to grow stronger and work harder in the next year,” she said.
Ms Yap is renowned for her enthusiasm, professionalism, and expertise in all aspects of real estate. While her results are big, her focus is like a laser beam.

Ms Yap, a qualified pharmacist, also speaks five languages (English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Malay and Indonesian) and has a far-reaching network of overseas buyers.
After graduating from Curtain University, Ms Yap operated two successful pharmacies before deciding to take the plunge into her dream industry and beginning in real estate.
