Ray White Dethridge Groves is merging with Ray White Dalkeith | Claremont, uniting two of Western Australia’s most successful real estate leaders under one roof.

The deal brings together Vivien Yap, described by Ray White as the network’s biggest business owner in Perth, with Hayden Groves, bringing sales, auction and property management expertise into a single operation.

The combined business will produce $1 billion in annual sales through 24 sales agents, with a property management division looking after more than 700 properties for landlords.

Vivien and Breanna Ridge-Singh will lead the merged business as joint principals.

Vivien said she was looking forward to supporting the ambitions of the team joining from Hayden’s business.

“The experience and knowledge Hayden brings to the table is significant and we’re excited to work with him and benefit from his leadership and longevity,” she said.

Hayden described the move as a chance to align with a leader he considers the state’s top operator.

“Vivien has set the benchmark here in Western Australia, so joining WA’s best is very exciting,” he said.

“Combined with Breanna Ridge-Singh’s experience and leadership in property management, I believe my team is now positioned for ongoing success.”

Breanna said the opportunity was one she and Vivien couldn’t pass up.

“Opportunities like this one don’t come every day; So when the chance for Vivien and I to plan the future with Hayden came it was simply something we couldn’t refuse. I can’t wait to take our team and business to even greater heights,” she said.

Ray White Group Western Australian Chief Executive Officer Mark Whiteman said the merger showed how combining complementary businesses could accelerate growth.

“Each of these leaders brings something different, but equally powerful, to the table, across sales, auctions, property management, they really have it covered with an exceptional leadership team,” Mark said.

The newly combined leadership team will initially focus on integrating the two businesses, drawing on shared resources, systems and support structures alongside the Ray White Group’s national network.
