Ferntree Gully wins Ray White Vic/Tas top office for tenth year

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania celebrated what it described as its best year on record at its 2026 awards night at the MCEC, recognising standout performers across sales, property management and administration.

Ray White Victoria and Tasmania CEO Domenic Belfiore told the room the network had conducted more than 86,000 appraisals, held over 463,000 open for inspections, scheduled more than 10,600 auctions and managed in excess of 60,000 investment properties over the 2025-26 recognition year.

It settled 18,490 property sales, the group’s highest total yet.

“Behind every one of those transactions were thousands of stories, all life changing moments. We’re privileged to help thousands of people through some of the biggest moments of their lives. I hope we never lose sight of the responsibility that comes with what we do,” Domenic said.

Ray White Ferntree Gully took out the Top Office award for settled commission for the tenth consecutive year. Principal Patrick McConnachie said the team had set themselves a clear brief heading into the year.

“We can have an absolute crack and do what we do best, double down, work real hard, do the most listings we’ve ever done, pump auctions, do what we do, and kill it. And then I can make that proud speech,”
Patrick said.

“Ten in a row! It’s just a special effort from the whole team,” he added.

Ray White Werribee was named top office by number of sales, while Ray White Ballarat took out Top Regional/Tasmania Office.

Vivian Li from Ray White Wantirna won the Top Salesperson award, based on settled commission across Victoria and Tasmania.

“The market has been challenging, but together we have survived, adapted, and continued to do even better,” she said.

Frankie Azzopardi of Ray White Glenroy won Top Salesperson – Number of Sales, and Darcy Quinn of Ray White Bendigo took out Top Regional/Tasmania Salesperson.
