Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach/Bondi Junction will launch into 2019 with the recruitment of two leading sales agents and their teams.
Led by principals Martin Maskin and Ric Serrao, the office has secured the services of Peter Starr and Jane Schumann, along with their respective teams.
The recruitment was led by the company’s Head of Sales, Luke Hogan, and culminates a hugely successful year for Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach/Bondi Junction, which was named by International Property Awards as Australia’s best real estate agency in the Asia Pacific for 2018/19.
The firm also maintained its more than decade-long status as Raine & Horne’s Number 1 sales office nationally.
Mr Starr and Ms Schumann will work closely with Mr Hogan to drive more listings and sales in 2019 in their respective geographies.
Having launched his stellar real estate career in the early 1990s, Peter Starr is a specialist in the sale of properties in Double Bay, Paddington, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay, Millers Point, the Sydney CBD and Woollahra.
“There is virtually nothing Peter doesn’t know about the real estate markets between the Harbour Bridge and Watsons Bay. He also comes with a reputation for achieving record sales for vendors based on his ability to understand his client’s goals and provide feasible marketing solutions,” said Mr Maskin.
Apart from his incredible knowledge and practical sales experience, Mr Starr has owned and operated real estate businesses in the Sydney CBD, Potts Point, Edgecliff and Double Bay.

Mr Serrao is equally delighted that Ms Schumann has switched to Raine & Horne Double Bay/Bondi Beach/Bondi Junction. Ms Schumann and her team will service Double Bay, Woollahra, Paddington, Rushcutters Bay, Potts Point and Darlinghurst.
