Linc Property to provide a mobile agency for Melbourne’s south east

With 17 years’ real estate experience, Victorian agent Lincoln Scott had long considered the idea of starting his own agency and now that concept has become a reality with the launch of Linc Property in Melbourne’s south east.

Unveiled in early November, Linc Property taps into Lincoln’s extensive experience in the industry and the back-of house support of the Agents’Agency.

Its aim is to deliver expert local knowledge, proven real estate advice and a sale or purchasing experience that’s second to none via a mobile agency that meets its clients wherever they are.

“People are busy and their time is in short supply, so this will be a mobile agency with a network and support like no other,” Lincoln says.

“I’ve built a career on putting my clients first and this will allow me to service them with two decades of local knowledge and experience at a time and location that suits them.”

As a people person with a genuine empathy for others, Lincoln has established a stellar career in a region that includes Beaconsfield, Berwick, Officer, Pakenham, Narre Warren and surrounding suburbs.

He entered the industry straight out of high school and has since worked with boutique brands, family agencies, and big-name real estate business alike over almost two decades in residential sales.

“I’ve always seen real estate as a way to help people,” Lincoln says.

“Whether they’re buying or selling, it’s a way to assist people as they move forward with their plans.”

Over the years, Lincoln has managed offices and built real estate teams, with the idea of one day doing that for himself quietly burning away in the background.

“I’ve always had a vision to start my own business,” Lincoln says.

“But now the time just feels right.”

Lincoln’s partnership with the Agents’Agency allows him to build his business, his way, with access to a full suite of support behind the scenes.

From administration to marketing, trust accounting and training, the Agents’Agency will handle all back of house tasks while Lincoln concentrates on listing and selling.

Lincoln notes this support was a key reason he selected the Agents’Agency, but it also came down to the feel of the network and the other agencies involved.

The group prides itself on its collaborative network and the mentoring and support it offers its members.

“I actually met Agents’Agency founders Manos and Maria about six years ago and felt a connection,” Lincoln reflects.

“More recently I attended the Agents’Agency awards night and everyone I spoke to was so genuine.

“You really feel that this is a network where people want to help and support you.”

With the Agents’Agency now spanning more than 100 independent agencies across the country, Lincoln also notes the network’s reach will offer benefits to his clients when it comes to marketing their properties.

In the long-term, Lincoln is looking to build a team and also start a rent roll but says his initial focus will involve showcasing his agency’s point of difference to his local area.

“This is the region that I grew up in, it’s an area I love and I’m truly excited to bring that local expertise and experience to the thriving community of Melbourne’s south-eastern suburbs.”
