When Cham Godakanda decided it was his time to shine, one of his big concerns was how his decision would be perceived by his team.
Personally, he wrestled with leaving the team he had formed great relationships with over the years but the drive to build his own agency, Goda & Co, was too strong.
So, when he announced his decision, the reaction he received shocked him.

“The biggest fear was having to leave the team I had created over the last few years and not being there to support them anymore,” Cham says.
“However, soon after I had announced to everyone that I had decided to give life to Goda & Co, I received full support from everyone I can think of.”
Cham has always enjoyed helping people, finding his purpose in assisting his clients through the ups and downs of their real estate journey.
