The franchise reports that Mr Newberry currently holds Forestville’s highest priced residential sale $2.68 Million. They also claim he has previously achieved the highest priced sale records for Belrose ($2.65 million in March 2017) and Davidson as well as the second highest residential sale price in Frenchs Forest ($2.35 million). He has also sold over 300 properties in the Forest and Northern Beaches area.
Stone Real Estate Belrose opened a week ago with Ian Clarke at the helm, along with born-and-bred Forest local David Hayden and agent Maureen Malouf who has with two decades’ experience in the North Shore and the Forest area.
A northern beaches local who has lived in or near the Forest all his life, Mr Newberry said he saw moving to Stone as a great opportunity.
“I’ve lived in the beaches area for most of my life and know this area probably better than anyone – almost back to front – and I’m really looking forward to using all my experience and knowledge at Stone.”
The Forest region is one of Sydney’s most active for major infrastructure projects including the new Northern Beaches Hospital and the city’s most significant major road upgrade.
