Raine & Horne has made double play in recruiting the talent to head up its newest office on the northern beaches.
They have managed to lure not only one of the peninsula’s most successful agents in Ben Spackman as principal of the new Mona Vale office, but also his wife Katie, who will head up the property management business.
Ben, who previously worked with Lachlan Elder at LJ Hooker Mona Vale, said yesterday he had had a long-term ambition to open his own office and the Raine & Horne opportunity was ideal timing.
He said Katie also had a strong track record in the area after spending more than 13 years as a property manager in Avalon and Palm Beach before taking maternity leave.
The Mona Vale office becomes Raine & Horne’s fifth on the northern beaches, which has seen growth in demand over the past decade. The company says it is part of an aggressive expansion plan for Sydney which also includes new office set-ups in Riverwood, Botany and Kensington/Kingsford in the past two months.
Raine & Horne executive chairman Angus Raine said the new Mona Vale office, situated in Darley Rd, would provide the full gamut of services to meet the needs of vendors, buyers, investors and tenants. The new office would cover the area from Narrabeen to Newport and in to Terry Hills.
